Guest guest
Hi, Thought I'd jump in here. I've been to the website and have considered trying it also, but don't know anyone who has given it to their child. www.carn-aware.com It's supposed to help children with autism and children with epilepsy. Guest guest
I read an explanation on another list and it sounds like over time the effect lessens and it can end up making things worse(the explanation of it was in technical language by a chemist-but it said it ends up causing among other things, too much copper accumulation:) Sally
Guest guest
Sally, I think I remember that you give your son Straterra in two doses, one 30mg and the other 10 mg's; is that right? Karac takes one 40 mg. capsule in the morning, and I think that is too much at one time; it puts him to sleep for about two or three hours. I thought the Straterra came in only the 40mg and 60 mg. capsules; so how do you do that? What times do you give your son the Straterra? I'm going with Karac and his mother to the Ped. Psy. today and I would like to see if he would change Karac's prescription like that. Thanks, Pat K
