Love this workout. She really works your whole body in 45 minutes. Lots of core strengthening work along with tons of leg and arm work. I really have to at least get her TLT workout on the ball. (who is also sad about the deer) Wednesday's workout - Fitprime oh, that poor deer. I love them and I hate to see them along the road where they get hit, let alone people shooting them.
