good afternoon, first let me say its one mistake DDD made that i won't tell them about LOL. it was only suppose to be the one workout on it. the box and dvd showed that it only had the ring workout on it but its acutally total body pilates and abs/back(the other body reform pilates with the blue cover). hehehe so for $7 i got two workouts. good score. now onto this workout. i love it for sure. it fried my lower body to jello. she calls it total body and sure she hits some upper and middle body but not enough to get anything out of it. for me pilates is meant for core(abs, back, hips) and lower body work tacked on. no big deal to me really as this is a great great workout and i wll use it in the future but pilates seekers won't be to thrilled with the being decieved by the title. i wouldn't think a pilates ring could do so much damaged :-) but it take the most basic of leg lifts and turns into a good kind of torture.

she does other exercise without the ring but there are rarely any breaks to stretch so its just this constant burn going on. for the background its a nice modern type setting in a stuido with hardwood floor. she has one background execiser and from what i notice, neither show modifications. the music is too loud and really stinks so my leg burn distracted me from that mostly. karen cues well and goes into form but just briefly touches on proper breathing here and there throughout the workout. its a longer workout at 50mins so it would be good for a lighter leg day when i don't want to do weights. other then the horrid jazzy loud music i enjoyed the workout and will have to pencil it in again soon. just watch out for that misleading title. i believe another form title this went by it body reform total body pilates. kassia
