Hi ,

Pull overs are always really hard for me for some

reason. I always feel that I'm going to dislocate

something - so I went light - I think I only used 10's

for that section. I also went a little lighter on the

tricpes " skull crushers " - I didn't feel like changing

my barbell weight so I used a 12 lb body bar. I could

probably have handled more, next time I'll use

dumbells if I don't feel like changing my barbell

weight. I'm always paranoid about doing skull

crushers w. too much weight - I imagine it could be

disasterous to lose control while doing something over

your head! LOL!
