Guest guest
I'm a bit confused about carrot oil. I've come across many recipes calling for it in various amounts, and it just dawned on me that there is both a Carrot Seed Essential Oil and a base carrot oil used as a carrier. How can I tell when my recipes call for the essential oil and when they want the base oil? I think the confusion stems from the fact that even the base oil is usually diluted within another oil, so the amounts of it are small just like the amounts of carrot EO are, of course, small as well. Anyone have any ideas? Also, would I be better off buying the less expensive carrier oil and adding it when needed rather than using my AT funds for the expensive carrot essential oil? Thanks for any help!
