Guest guest
, I guess I have another personal reason why doesn't take naps. She spent her life in her bed when she was with my sister. She was probably in her bed 20 out 24 hours. Once she was here and we got into a routine I found out that she got sleepy around 8:30 or so and wasn't waking up until around 7 so we just stuck to that and it's worked great ever since. If she would take a nap she wouldn't want to go to bed at a decent time and I'm an early to bed early to rise person. I'm in bed by 9:30 so it's worked well for us. I think it's all in the routine you have for them.

Guest guest
Hi , Sounds like gets the same amount of sleep as , except goes to bed at 9:00 p.m. and gets up at 5:00 a.m. but she does take a 2 plus hour nap in the afternoon. I tried cutting out the nap in the hopes of getting her to sleep later, but then she wants to go to sleep at 5:00 p.m. and I hate to think what time she would get up then! LOL! I would love for her to sleep until 6:00 but I'm not sure how to get that to happen. I don't think I can keep her up until 10....she's pretty ready to sleep between 8:30 and 9:00 Take care, Donna --- fitgrl222@... wrote: > > In a message dated 2/28/2006 10:51:07 A.M.
