Guest guest
Way to go, Carolyn!! Whenever i read about your rebounder workouts I want one all over again!! I think I may use my Amazon gift certificate towards a rebounder. Most of the DVDs I want are available at Deep Discount for less than Amazon's price and I believe Deep Discount has a sale in June...so I should just probably use my gift certificate toward a rebounder.... :> It sounds like so much fun. how was your son's birthday party? Guest guest
So what's a rebounder? And has anyone tried one of those big inflatable balls? I keep looking at them but I haven't bought one yet. Guest guest
A rebounder is a mini-trampoline..I have a stabliity ball and use it a couple times a week probably.... I think I have almost every " tool " out there except for Firm ones.. I like using my stability ball w/ medicine ball to Cathe's coremax workout.. Guest guest
, I love the ball. I did an interview one time for a magazine and was asked what my one piece of equipment would be if I were stranded on a deserted island and I said the stability ball! I bounce on it for cardio, use it as a weigt bench for weight work, and sit on it to watch tv and surf the net for extra balance/core work. Definitely a great piece of equipment to get! Guest guest
I may go ahead and get one and give it a go. Core is where I have my problem area. My mother and brother both have back problems so I really want to keep that part strong. I also try to mentally encourage the genes I got from Dad to be dominant because he DOESN'T have back problems.
