Way to go, Carolyn!!

Whenever i read about your rebounder workouts I want

one all over again!! I think I may use my Amazon gift

certificate towards a rebounder. Most of the DVDs I

want are available at Deep Discount for less than

Amazon's price and I believe Deep Discount has a sale

in June...so I should just probably use my gift

certificate toward a rebounder.... :> It sounds like

so much fun.

how was your son's birthday party?

donna, it is so much fun! i wish that i had gotten a rebounder a

long time ago.

but one does have to be used to modifying workouts as required.

some people dont want to have to modify anything... they just want to

follow along, and that is fine. but unless you are using a

rebounder-specific workout, there will always be a need to modify

something or other.

did i mention that i got fitprime g-force with tracie long? it is a

cardio rebounding workout with weight circuits... i cant wait to try

it out... will probably do kickboxing tomorrow and then try g-force

on friday.

sounds like a good plan to me! :)

So what's a rebounder? And has anyone tried one of those big inflatable balls? I keep looking at them but I haven't bought one yet.

A rebounder is a mini-trampoline..I have a stabliity ball and use it a couple times a week probably.... I think I have almost every " tool " out there except for Firm ones.. I like using my stability ball w/ medicine ball to Cathe's coremax workout..

,

I love the ball. I did an interview one time for a magazine and was asked what my one piece of equipment would be if I were stranded on a deserted island and I said the stability ball! I bounce on it for cardio, use it as a weigt bench for weight work, and sit on it to watch tv and surf the net for extra balance/core work. Definitely a great piece of equipment to get!

I may go ahead and get one and give it a go. Core is where I have my problem area. My mother and brother both have back problems so I really want to keep that part strong. I also try to mentally encourage the genes I got from Dad to be dominant because he DOESN'T have back problems. LOL
