Rodney Yee's Yoga Burn arrived in yesterday's mail (and Power Yoga Total Body arrived today) but I worked late last night so I didn't get a chance to do it until tonight. He ain't kiddin' about that burn thang! LOL Egad. It's an hour long and I usually only yoga for about 45 minutes but that wouldn't have worn me out so much if he hadn't been so tough. My muscles are actually twitching and trembling so that it's difficult to type. You do these incredibly slow, slow, controlled movements with lots of up and down dog for transitions (if you have carpal tunnel syndrome, I'd skip this video for now -- I have it, but yoga has improved it to the point it hardly bothers me). I was sweating up a storm by the end and actually said aloud "Thank GOD" when he cued me into Relaxation Pose. I love yoga and would do only that instead of all these other workouts I have, but most of the yoga vids I have don't challenge me like this one so I feel I should also do other things like belly dance or salsa or some kind of cardio. I think this yoga workout (and probably the Total Body one, which sounds even tougher) might fix me up so I can stick to yoga and still get a good sweaty workout.

ups and ab workout(like 6mins) but its mostly legs. like i said some poses i was moving slowly and feeling it but he was ready to move onto the next pose. its something i have to try a few more times to get used to. i like the slow moving yoga for meditative purposes so that's why i like this workout. kassia
