Guest guest Posted February 22, 2006 Report Share Posted February 22, 2006 I tried Cathe's basic step today and am so so happy to report that I did it on the first run-through! YAY! It was much easier than the first one I did (Low impact step), and she did do a couple of things in this one that I had already learned so that made it even more easier, of course I wore my 2lb gloves and did extra jumps and such when I could. But I still only burned 289 calories. I recommend the workout for someone who is a newbie to stepping (like myself). It is 30 minutes long and it flew by. I am thiking I may try Kari 's " Go " workout tomorrow if I feel up to it in the morning. I am so excited about getting the hang of it, and can't wait to try more -- Darcy who also did power half hour thighs for an extra cardio workout, and coremax, the tough one...
