Totally new to this...

I currently mill my own grains & beans for flour. How do I do this with

sprouted grains/beans? What is the sprouting process for making flours

to grind? I have an electric mill. Won't the sprouts make my mill wet

on the inside? Would I prepare/bake it just the same?

Thanks for the patience with the newbee!

When I turn sprouted wheat into dough, I use the s blade in my food

processor. The sprouting makes the wheat kernels much softer so you

don't need something so powerful as a grain mill.

What comes out, when I do it, is not flour. Because of the moisture in

the sprouts, no matter how dry you get them before grinding, they turn

into a dough. I don't add anything to this, myself - I just dehydrate

it as is. I imagine you could easily mix in other ingredients, yeast,

etc. if you wanted, though.

As I say, I just grind mine into dough and dehydrate it, but it seems

to me that you could mix other things in easily and that you could

bake it more conventionally if you wished.
