Guest guest Posted January 26, 2006 Report Share Posted January 26, 2006 good afternoon, i tried to look up my former post on this workout but i can't seem to dig it up. is just moving way to slow that it times out before it finds anything. anyway this morning i didn't do any yoga,oh well wanted a little extra sleep,but i did cardio with buns of steel 7 step workout. going to keep this one after all. while still going through workouts i pulled out winsor pilates since kay had brought the topic up. this one is from the first series i believe. its about an hour long with no real warm up other then the hundred and no cool down. she does some stretching between exercises but not enough imo. the workout itself wasn't hard b/c she doesn't do to many reps for the advanced exerciser. its a pretty good workout for beginner/intermediates and those new to pilates but pretty boring for those that are used to these workouts. she does go over form but not breathe as well as she tells what the next exercise is called and how many reps we are going to do. that feature i did like b/c it did help me mentally get prepared. she has a small class of mostly women and one male but she does not of the exericses. she just walks around and coaches while the class does the work. most of the background exercisers look like manaquiens with the lights and makeup,almost not real. i am going to throw this on the trade pile b/c its just not a challenge for me anymore. so the cycle begins i plan on another oldie for tomorrow with weights in my quest to get rid of some of these workouts. i did order denise austin's get fit fast dvd so when that gets here that is 3 more vhs tapes i can get out. i really like those workouts but its hard to make up various workouts when you have to rewind or fast foward. i am still trying to convince dh to let me get 2 cathe's next month :-). have a good day kassia Bring words and photos together (easily) with PhotoMail - it's free and works with .
