Thursday evening workout

Hi,

This evening I done Kick, Punch & Crunch. I used my weight gloves for the entire workout and it kicked my butt big time!!!!! The last time I done this workout I didn't use any weight and I burned 404 calories and this time with the weight, I burned 368. So I guess the lower calorie burn means I'm in better shape then the last time I done this workout? When I got to the last combo I was really pushing it with those side kicks and jump kicks, but I told myself that I made it that far without modifying or stopping and I wasn't about to quit.

My stupid HRM was really messing up on me. At the start of the workout it wouldn't even read then it started reading and I looked down and it said 195 and I was still in the warm up... ewww I was getting so mad I almost yanked it off and threw it. I stopped and restarted it and it finally did work. I can see that I'm going to have to get a different one because I am really getting sick of fooling with this one.
