Guest guest
hi! I know that it seems that february jsut started, but it is a short month! LOL! I'm trying to figure out what my March focus should be. Right now it is a toss up between concentrating on Lotte Berk/Bar Method/Callanetics workouts plus cardio and upper body work or doing the FIRM 90 Day Rotation Calendar. Of course, the Firm 90 Day calendar would take 3 months to complete. If I do it I don't plan on following it to the letter - as in I'll pick and chose my own workouts (both firm and non-firm) so long as they fit the " category " for the day. A few years back I did the 90 Day Calendar w/ Beth and really got some good results. So I'm sort of leaning towards doing that a shape-up for summer theme. anyway, if anyone want to join me or wants a copy of the rotation calendar give me a holler! Guest guest
A little planning never hurts, right? I didn't even realize that we're half way through February, I've just been so immersed in a huge project that I've really lost track of time. I think for next month I'm going to continue on my current workout routine - mixing the Urban Rebounder with treadmill workouts and use Firm tapes for weight training and incorporate one night where I use my free weights on the ball. I definitely want to continue to wake up and do AM workouts - pilates & yoga. It's still a stuggle, some mornings I make it others I don't. I definitely feel better when I go to work if I did Pilates or Yoga. In April or May, depending where I am with my persoanl weight loss goals I want to try Cathe again. I have her Xpress set, but I have two left feet when it comes to her step workouts. But I love the way she kicks butt. I would like to get some straight weight training dvds from her, but I'm not sure which ones yet. I love her leg training tape in the Xpress set & her kickboxing tape, she makes me feel like a ninety year old <g> It's good to look ahead, to have something to look forward to. Guest guest
HUM??? No plan yet for March. I'm still doing my rehab workouts and massage therapy. I am also teaching a rehab class through the end of February, but since the gym is closing on the 28th I won't be doing that in March. I guess, since I will be moving in March, I'm going to start back with my videos, doing only the light stuff at first, and adding my new treadmill for extra cardio. I'm also starting a Hatha Yoga class on Tuesday evenings starting the 28th, so I guess you can add that in for March. So, my schedule is: Monday--Treadmill Tuesday--Hatha Yoga Wednesday--Light Resistance Training Thursday--Massage therapy/Pilates Friday--Treadmill or Cardio Video Saturday--Yard work/work on new house Sunday--Rest Tonya Re: What is everyone doing in March?
