Good to hear

Pink pepper is also my favorite of the peppers. I had a source out of

Brazil a few years ago, but it dried up. Awaiting samples from a new

source. Has there been a database set up for suppliers yet? I have

seen a few names of suppliers tossed about, some i feel are quite

good, others not so good. It might be helpful to have this type of

information available to the group.

Hi Ayala:

I just got some, too, and it is gorgeous. I don't think she has anymore, so

I'll have to make do with pink pepper EO in the future. I agree -- it is

very fruity/berry in the opening, delightfully so! I know the plant, have

crushed and eaten the fresh pink pepper corns of both Schinus molle and

terebinthifolius (sp?) and it is very, very true to it.

The second phase of drydown came very quickly, and I'm struck by the

juniper quality of it, very soft and resiny. Do you find it the same? I

feel this can work well as a top note, softly gliding into the heart.
