, I ordered Yoga Complete for Everybody at Deep Discount like 5 months ago and they wrote me a couple weeks ago saying they no longer had it *sigh* so this is great news for me! I have none of those, though I did buy Power Yoga Complete for Every Body (but still haven't done it. Hmmm)

I am really loving these – the

first one I did was the feet, etc one and it felt soo good. I want to try all

the practices and see what I like best. I’m working through the beginner ones

now – some are challenging for me – others not so. And many of the

exercises are different from those on my other yoga tapes (like interlacing the

hands and feet which is more difficult than it looks but helped me to spread my

toes out which I have a hard time with – part of my problem with balance

exercises)
