Tuesday evening workout!!!!

Hi,

I did an awesome workout this evening. I noticed this one in my workout book where I had made it up. I can't believe I've forgot about doing this one. The last time I done it was 1/13/05 so about a year ago. At that time I burned 473 calories. I have came a long way because this time I burned 382 and so happy to say that I completed it with no modifying anywhere.

Those of you that have this DVD you really should try it, you will love this workout!

Cardio & Weights (C & W) Imax 2 combo

C & W warm up

Imax #1 step, blast, recovery

C & W cardio #1

Imax #4 step, blast, recovery

C & W cardio #2

Imax #7 step, blast, recovery

C & W cardio #3

Imax #10 step, blast

C & W cardio #4

Imax cool down

C & W abs and stretch

this workout took me about an hour and about 5 minutes.

I love the cardio's in C & W, they are so fun. My favorites are the first and last ones.
