Hi !

Your new purchases sound great. I'm pretty tempted by

those box sets, except I alreayd have the Yoga

Complete for Every Body. I did see the box set of

the Pilates workouts, and I don't think I have

those...so that is a possibility. I " ll have to check

out deep discount.

I keep forgetting to check out the Wai Lana kids yoga

-- I really must write a note to myself to borrow it

from the library!!

I hope you feel better soon. i don't mean to sound

like a mother hen, and I know that with little ones

and household responsibilities that it is hard to get

a day (or more) of solid rest, but that is probably

what you need. A good day or two in bed, no activity.

I've had to do that on occasion just to get better.

Since my DD was born I've had more illnesses and I

find that i 'relapse' quickly if I don't get the rest

in when I'm sick. I'm lucky b/c I have my mom close

by and when I've been really sick she has come over to

watch my daughter so I could stay in bed all day (I

had to hide, otherwise my daughter would come looking

for me). My DH would end up just letting my DD come

into the bedroom to sit with me - which would end up

not being very relaxing. Many times, that rest day

was just the ticket to get better and stop the cycle

of get better/get worse/better/worse, etc. Do you

have anyone who can watch the kids for you - just for

a day or a half day so you could do absolutely nothing

but lie in bed and sleep?
