-- Thursday morning workout

Hi,

This morning I done a little different workout. I started off with Quick Fix Yoga and done the first 2 10 minute workouts. Then done an ab marathon containing the following: Boot Camp (core only premix), CTX Kickbox (planks & abs) and Slow & Heavy Chest and Back (low back and planks). I went back to Quick Fix and done the last 10 minute workout which was mainly stretching so the end worked out really well. I didn't get a huge burn in my abs like you would think, I felt it all more so in my torso and my legs are little sore from yesterdays leg workout so holding myself in the planks was hard because my legs felt weak.

I'm doing cardio tonight.

Hi,

This morning I done CTX shoulders, biceps and triceps. Then I done The Firm Sculpted Buns, Hips & Thighs. I have on tap this evening to do Tough Tape, but doesn't it have some of the same exercises as SBHT?? I don't know, I'll have to preview it later. It's been a while since I've done a lot of my Firm workouts.
