good morning all, took a lot to get my cheeks off the chair and do yoga. if left to my own devices i would have sat on this computer all morning LOL. but pushed myself and go bryan kest's energize yoga workout. i love these times when i push myself and then wind of loving the workout more for having done it. for cardio did a moderate on with cathe's wedding step video. kept most of the moves low impact except some over the tops'. i am done for now i might want to try more of my pilates sculpt and tone video later. maybe do some stability ball work for abs/back/glutes. i have to go to wal-mart. they have these danskin bras for high impact workouts only $10 and they have sizes 34D YES!!!! finally, something in my size at a great price. LOL, i already bought one a month ago and its been a great jogging bra. not even my everlast bras give me the same support as this one does(sorry fellas if this is TMI ;-) dh

already let me get two more pairs of running pants and HE has running shoes on order(something with his arches needs special support or something like that) :-) running is contagious i guess. i found the pants at a great price though both pair(one brooks the other a brand i am not familar with) were under $40 which is damn good for running tights. i told dh though for my first 10k or marathon run i HAVE to have a matching outfit he just rolled his eyes and said i was spoiled :-) yes i know i love it. have a great saturday kassia
