Here is a copy of what I'm planning on doing. Not sure if I will follow it to the "T" but here it is.....

Wk 1

Monday- AM- yoga, Abs marathon (meaning pick any or several ab routines and do them back to back, 15 minutes or so)/ PM cardio sculpt blaster and body sculpt blaster

Tuesday- AM- Standing Legs, More 5 day abs (day 1) 8 minute ab section from Ultimate Calorie blaster

PM- Low Max

Wednesday- The Firm upper body/ PM Cardio Party Remix, yoga fusion strenth

Thursday- AM-Lower Body Sculpt/ PM- Imax (1-3) Kick Max (blast only)

Friday-Muscle Max (upper body 2 sets)

Saturday- Super Cardio

Sunday- Rest

Wk 2

Monday-AM- Yoga, abs marathon/ PM- The Firm Vol. 3

Tuesday- AM- The Firm abs, hips & thighs, CTX chest & back/ PM- fat blasting cardio, tough cardio mix

Wednesday- AM- yoga, abs marathon/ PM- step fit

Thursday- CTX biceps, triceps & shoulders, The Firm Sculpted buns hips & thighs/ PM- Tough Tape

Friday- AM- complete aerobics & Weight Training classic

PM- Imax (1-3). Imax 3 (4, 5 & 6)

Saturday- REST

Sunday- Pyramid Upper Body

WK 3

Monday- AM- Yoga, abs marathon/ PM- Power Max

Tuesday- AM- Any Cathe Upper Body/ PM- SJP hi/Lo, all the hi/lo from CTX

Wednesday- AM- Lower Body sculpt 1, floor work from Firm Cardio/ PM- Leaner Legs

Thursday- AM- yoga, abs marathon/ PM- Imax 3 (7-10) Thrust climbers from Boot Camp

Friday- AM- All Weights/ PM- Boot Camp Cardio

Saturday & Sunday- REST

WK 4

Monday- AM- total body shaping mix/ PM- Firm cardio

Tuesday- AM- cardio sculpt/ PM- step works

Wednesday- AM- yoga, abs marathon/ PM- tough tape 2

Thursday- AM- GS chest & triceps/ PM- Imax (1-5)

Friday- AM- GS back, shoulders, biceps

Saturday- Complete Aerobics & Weight Training BSS2

DONE!!!!!!!

Thanks for sharing! It looks great. It is wonderful

that you can workout twice a day - I certainly lack

the discipline to do that.
