have her practice in a corner! the support of the wall on two sides

will really help. and ask her to try to hold her abs tightly for

support.

I never thought of a corner - mostly because I have few corners in my house

- but I can find one. It’s a great idea!

I'm hoping to feel better soon. I couldn't get out of bed this morning but I

feel a bit better now. Still weak, but I'm hoping to do some light exercise

this evening. Maybe some yoga.

that is how we always did headstands when we were kids.... put your

back into the corner, and face outwards. at first she can get into

the corner, really close to the walls and let them support her back

and legs... eventually she can inch her way out so she isnt touching

the walls at all, but they will still be there in case she wobbles.

in my parents house there was a perfect alcove right outside of the

dining room. my mom would always come rushing out of the dining room

area, on her way down the hall to the bedrooms, and we would scare

the crap out of her as my brother or i would be there, standing on

our head...LOL
