Kay// windsor pilates-tae bo

Hi Kay, yvmw for my input about windsor pilates. Doing Tae Bo for me

helped me tone up some. Of course at that time I was doing tae bo

almost everyday. It wasn't the same tae bo workout, I did different

tae bo workouts. Atleast 3 times during that week, I had done

workouts where asked for you to use the billy bands. Now that I

don't do those workouts as often, of course I lost that toned part of

me. Which I am trying my best to get back into that set of mind and

discipline. Well I have to run, it is about 1 am for me right now and

I need to prepare DH lunch that he asked for. I don't want to have to

get up in 5 hours to get it ready for him. My son is also waiting for

me to go to bed as well...he only goes to sleep if I'm next to him. I

do hope to get to know you more as well and best of luck with your

workout today. Me, I need lots of luck, especially with my son.
