Guest guest Posted January 26, 2006 Report Share Posted January 26, 2006 Hi Kay, yvmw for my input about windsor pilates. Doing Tae Bo for me helped me tone up some. Of course at that time I was doing tae bo almost everyday. It wasn't the same tae bo workout, I did different tae bo workouts. Atleast 3 times during that week, I had done workouts where asked for you to use the billy bands. Now that I don't do those workouts as often, of course I lost that toned part of me. Which I am trying my best to get back into that set of mind and discipline. Well I have to run, it is about 1 am for me right now and I need to prepare DH lunch that he asked for. I don't want to have to get up in 5 hours to get it ready for him. My son is also waiting for me to go to bed as well...he only goes to sleep if I'm next to him. I do hope to get to know you more as well and best of luck with your workout today.
