Discovered that the " gel " is just aloe vera with carrageenen added to produce

the right

consistency for your use. Decided to actually read the label.

Roxana had Irish Moss in her studio and it turns out it is a nickname for

Carrageenen. It's

also known as kosher gelatin or red seaweed if you have any around your pantry.

;-)

It's in alot of food product like ice cream or sauces. (toothpaste too) as a

gelling agent,

stabilizer, texturant and thickener.

Goo!
