Guest guest
Hello everyone, I bought some hard red winter wheat that I thought I could make Essene bread with. Unfortunately, the recipe or method that I was using did not work well and I do not have the type of grinder that most sites recommend that you use. Is there anything else that I can do with this wheat? Can I sprout it for use in raw salads or sandwiches? I know that you can grow it and juice it for wheat grass juice but I also do not have the juicer that I would need. Any suggestions? I hate to see this go to waste. Thanks,
