On the bag it does say Flourless

That would explain why their bread is " fluffier " than mine. I do like

the simplicity and density of mine, though. Mine is more like " peasant

bread " than Ezekiel bread.

I just put in a second batch. :~) My crock pot is so small, that I can

only put in a loaf about the size of a jumbo hamburger roll, so I only used

about half of the wheatberries I sprouted. This batch I put in lots of

fresh grated ginger and cinnamon. The " batter " was oh so wonderful! I am

really looking forward to warm sprouted gingerbread for breakfast!! :~)
