What do you call this thing?

I would like to use my fiberglass screen thing to try and see what happens if I

can sprout on it. But so far, because it's so pliable, I can't seem to fit it

onto anything.

An idea came to me. what if I get those two pieces of round circle wood things

(I have no idea what they are called). People do needlepoint on them. They

stretch the material between these two round circle things. (at least they were

round 40 years ago).

I figure, if I take the fiberglass material, stretch it between the two circle

things, I'll have a nice sold flat base to try and grow my seeds.

So what do you call this thing. I gather, once I know what it's called, I can

get it on ebay.
