Hi Kay,

You're off to a great start! Keep it up and go as slow as you need to. It's good to not jump right into working out and expecting more then what your body can handle. That is what happens to most people and then they get discouraged.

Great start Kay!!! You will get better and find soon that you can

finish a whole tape if you stay consistent :)
