Guest guest
Hi, This evening I am very disappointed in my workout. I done Cardio Sculpt Blaster and Body Sculpt Blaster back to back. CSB was way too easy for me. I used my high step and during the stepping I used 2 risers and when they used light dumb bells I used 5's which I think is the heaviest a person should go with cardio. I didn't even work up a sweat. I am going to have to start thinning my workout collection down and getting rid of the workouts that are too easy for me. I feel like it is a total waste of time to do a workout that you don't even get anything out of. I know they say you should do lighter workouts along with harder ones, but this was ridiculous. I think I am going to stick with my own personal rule of if it's not hard enough the first time then there is no need for a second time. I have done CSB before, but it has been a long time. All the Cathe's since the last time of doing this workout has really built me up, I guess. Body Sculpt Blaster was a little better. I like the way they combine lower and upper body. Though I didn't really work up much of sweat here either, I felt it a little more and enjoyed it. So with both workouts I only burned just a little over 200 calories. February is going to be a Firm/Cathe rotation. I just finished making it this morning so if Cathe's Feb. rotation isn't any good then I'm sticking with this one. Have a good night!!! *~**~*
Guest guest
, That Cardio Sculpt Blaster is such a short workout--it is probably hardly a warm-up for you!! I want to get the Body Sculpt Blaster because it would be good for me on days I don't have lots of time and I like Tucker. Stacey > > Hi, > This evening I am very disappointed in my workout.
