Guest guest
Thanks Dr. Maher. There is an awful lot of information that supports all this... seems like ever since Barry Sears, there is more & more information that is readily available about insulin effects ... Interestingly, I noted that the Mercola article snipped out a portion of the original speech from Rosedale ... the portion that pertains to supplements ... this stikes me as funny, and I recognize that the snipping is consistent with Mercola's general philosophies. I found some other info about vanadium at http://www.geocities.com/HotSprings/Spa/9971/vanadyl.html I have tried the gynema sylvestre... was *amazed* at the positive reaction that I perceived. I looked for information on the internet, I discovered that this herb works by increasing insulin. So, I thought I should avoid that one. The agave nector mentioned in the rxforwellness site is also something that I'll get around to trying. The goal for me is always to keep carbs reasonably low in volume & Glycemic Index... which nearly translates to getting from veggies & fruit. Thanks again.
