Droppers/orifice reducers

And on the same subject, at the risk of asking a stupid question, since

many EO's come in bottles with orifice reducers, do folks remove these

when wanting to use droppers in the oil, and then replace them? This

seems clumsy, and potentially wasteful of some quantity of oil, but

so would transferring the oil into dropper bottles...?

Would appreciate hearing how others handle this.
