Actually most of what I have is reprints of other peoples articles and how

wasteful and futile it is to use bottled water because so often they have the

same contaminants as tap water... plus they leech the plastic they are packaged

in and then once again they fill up our landfills ... the end point being we

should drink tap water with the filters we can buy from it...I don't know how

much you would trust one of the articles because it faults bottled water because

they say bottled waters either has too much fluoride or too little

Fluoride content of most bottled waters is low.

Fluoride is an important nutrient, especially in early

childhood, for strong tooth and bone development.

On average, children (1-3 years old) require 0.7 mg

of fluoride per day, and adults need about 3.4 mg/day.

A few bottled waters have fluoride content that

exceeds children¢s recommended daily intake and

could cause mottling of the teeth.

other wise bacteria, caffeine, the pain reliever acetaminophen, fertilizer,

solvents, lead, mercury, arsenic, plastic-making chemicals and the radioactive

element strontium, insecticides are shared by bottles water and tap water... get

a good filter

I grew up on Fluoridated water ... I don't know if that is the biggest problem

compared to some of the other contaminants

But what about fluoride? That's a nasty one. Why are we allowing a

poison that started as a Nazi experimental attempt to induce sterility

in " inferior races " in our drinking water?

And what happens to sprouts that are grown in flouridated water? Do

they filter the flouride, rendering it no longer dangerous for humans

or do they take it in and concentrate it in themselves?

> it is the other stuff I'm worried about... lead, insecticides. ..

II'm concerned about the stuff that leeches into our drinking water,

but it doesn't make me as angry as the poisons we intentionally put

there.

As far as I know, you're allowed to share URLs. And water quality is

not off-topic since water is an important component of the sprouting

process. I, for one, would be interested to read what you have written

about water.

I agree with you that fluoride is a nasty one. We in Nevada got to

vote on the issue a few years ago, and I was wholly surprised when

it passed to put fluoride in our water. Most people wanted it for

some reason. I drink bottled water, but my sprouts are still rinsed

with the fluoridated water.
