Didn't sprout too well so far (three days), sort of uneven, you know, some of them did and others didn't as yet, and worst thing, it smells kinda funny. I mean bad. And when I rinse it's all kinda foamy-like. Looks like, to my untutored eye, that there's some fermentation going on. Bottom line: is this natural with barley? Or did I go wrong somewhere?
