My problems with Jojoba blends

I've just realized that all of the essential oils and absolutes that I've

diluted with Jojoba refuse to dissolve into 190 proof perfumer's alcohol. This

is problematic for me, as I sell alot of Eau de Toilette and Eau de Parfum.

Is there another ingredient that is suitable for diluting absolutes/eo's , that

will easily dissolve into perfumer's alcohol?
