Does anyone else suffer with problems with their nose after a spell of

creativity - ie: like me last night dipping and sniffing various oils

for a new blend I wanted.

After very little time - I am beset with a dry, sore nose lining.

am I unusual and has anyone got any tips for how to protect the nose

lining - it takes weeks to recover and I wonder if I just have an

extreme sensitivity or if this is common place?

Hmm, this is unusual. I have never had any irritation to my nasal

passages.

I have had trouble with over inhaling alcohols. What are you sniffing?

You may have an allergy or sensitivity. It may be worth discovering

what is producing this symptom.

For the nasal passages- pure sesame oil- gently massage w/ qtip.
