It has the ability to marry the top and base notes together with a sweetness and ethereal funkiness I love. The bee goo oil infusion has an unusual cinnamic note to it that intrigues me, but I haven't made a solid perfume with it yet, so I don't know how it will perform in a blend. On the skin, however, the cinnamic note is quite a surprise, since my alcohol tincture was made from the same >stuff, and not cinnamic note there. I am following the Bees wax thread and I was wondering if these tinctures are made out of passion for experiences or if maybe the absolute of bees wax from France was not known overseas. It is much more practical to use for blending. Best regards AbdesSalaam Attar www.profumo.it <http://www.profumo.it/> _____

And there is a lot of variation in the different absolutes I have purchased. I am doing it because it is inexpensive and for the experiences. I just have to add that I am also tincturing because of all of the raves about it --who wouldn't want to experience what , Anya, Gail, Ylva and all are? It is definitely fun and rewarding!
