Wow, that's wonderful Leanna. I don't know what 1/8 means exactly

but I assume it's about symmetry? I look forward to hearing your

graduation post and getting the complete story! (and seeing

pics of course!)

,

I;m happy to hear that your persistance has paid off and is in a well fitting helmet. It is very encouraging that Orthoamerica worked with you to find an experienced ortho. You are correct that the experience of the ortho is very important.

I have heard of Botox injections for tort but as pp indicated I do not believe it is fda approved for infants. Is Natan's tort really bad? Is PT not working? Sorry, but I don't remember how old is? Is he approaching 18 months? I know around 18 months the muscle invovled with tort becomes "secured" to the skull and is difficult to correct with stretching and strengthening. Did the neurosurgeon reccommend the botox? What other advise did he give you? I would love to capture it in the tort files section.

Thanks,

Hi Jill,

Wonderful news. Yay ! I really think we all fear regression

after the band comes off. These past two weeks I've been looking at

's head non stop. Does it look flatter? Does it look rounder?

Blah blah blah. It can drive one nuts.

Our exit mold is in so we go pick it up tomorrow. I'm anxious, like

you,(in a good way) to see the before and after in 3d.

Jill, I am very happy to hear that your question has been answered.

YAY for improving!! That will be nice to have that mold. I'm going

to check out his pics again (if I can locate the correct " "

LOL) Please consider posting his pics from all angles in the future

(if you have a digi camera). I would loooove to see future progress

post-band and I think other parents may find it helpful too (that is,

if we have enough storage space, it's time to clean house here).

Hi Pam,

One of my best friends here in Venice was

on the transplant list – in and out of the hospital all the time until he

started taking Leci-PC (phosphatidycoline

30%) from defatted lecithin soybeans He is back doing photography full time and

in fact did the Hepatis Liver Foundation shots when

they were here at Griffith Park 2 years ago. .We eat it with everything;

breakfast cereal, fruit salad, smoothies, on a vegetable salad, on yogurt or ice-cream,

etc. It is very sticky and has a taste that grows on you when you start to feel

better from it. I have it in some of the formulas but will have to take it out

of them since it is making the capsules gummy with the other ingredients and

looks, well, gummy! Anyway, since one should eat it by the teaspoon on food it

doesn’t make sense to cap it up. This is one food that has such a

terrific benefit for the liver it can be taken even by ESLD folk. My friend is

no longer on the transplant list!

I m sending you a link to an article on

our website but the short version is below:

http://www.liverfriend.com/cms.php?language=en & content=Leci-PC+and+the+Liver & Submit=Go

Conclusion:

From the many controlled clinical studies conducted on thousands of human

subjects to date, PC's confirmed clinical benefits include:

1. Successful improvement of specific indicators of liver damage

2. Faster functional and structural recovery of the liver tissue

3. Accelerated restoration of subjects' overall well-being

My purpose in writing this is to offer to

send some Leci-PC to as I did for my friend

Stanley. It helped him so much he could go back to work. If you think she would

take it, send me her address and I’ll send her a bottle to try out. It is

so nice that you are able to visit her.

Love & Light,

Jay
