Hello Group,

I was accumulating too many sprouts so I decided to make some

onion/sprout soup. I put some older alfalfa sprouts and some older

mung sprouts in the soup (by older I mean large green leaves). the soup

initially tasted GOOD but after 4+ hours in the crock pot it became

VERY bitter. Any ideas?

Mark

I just remembered that I had added quite a few sesame seeds to the

soup........possible culprit?
