Subject: Natural Perfumery Class in San Francisco

PERFUME CLASS ADVERTISEMENT

My name is Jeanne Rose and I am teaching a class in " Natural

Perfumery " in my home of 1000 Aromatic Wonders in March

11-13, 2005. This will be a 15-hour Intensive class

that follows the " Blending Class for Professionals " and you

can earn you 15 CE through NCBTMB. The course will introduce

you 45 essential oils, and 45 more concretes, waxes,

CO2 extracts, 8 different types of beeswax and many absolutes.

More importantly, it will give you the `foundation' to

perfumery

that many students simply do not have. The three

levels of the Vocabulary of Odors will be presented to

allow you more discrimination when you describe odors.

I will go over the basics of the Vocabulary of Odor as well as the

Perfumers Guide to 28. We will learn much that has not been taught

before. Moreover, you can look at the ancient and modern

books that I have collected over the last 35 years

and smell many of my antique library oils.

We will complete two solid perfumes and two

liquid perfumes plus others to take home.

All supplies needed are provided.

Please contact Jeanne Rose directly through

http://www.jeannerose.net or at

415-564-6785. There is a fee of $375 and no materials fee.

Only 10 interested students can be accommodated at any one time.

I became interested in Natural Perfumery in 1969 and began to

collect materials, books, and information at that time. I have

formulated blends for the industry for many

years. I am a dedicated herbalist, aromatherapist, and author of 20

books and have dedicated the balance of my life to teaching.
