Guest guest Posted July 28, 2005 Report Share Posted July 28, 2005 I have a male pt almost 3 mos post-op open RNY with a wound that won't heal. He does have a hx of dm 2 which is controlled now. Taking centrum chewables qd + sub B12. Should I recommend an extra Zn & vit C for wound healing? I don't even remember the therapeutic amount.
