Guest guest
How often are you all checking these values? In addition to blood glucose, insulin is also on our list as insulin resistance is more common than frank diabetes in our patient population Would like to know what others are following as well. We currently check the following: CBC Electroylytes BUN Creatinine Glucose Calcium Magnesium Cholesterol Triglycerides T. BIli T. Guest guest
We check the same levels as Payal (ser Ca ionized, Vit D3, PTH).... I recheck labs every 3 months to look for improvement. If levels do not improve with PO supps, I refer them to Endocrin. Specifically, my DS patients.
