weight gain after gastric bypass

I have been asked to see a patient who had bypass, and has now regained all the

weight

back. I don't have any other info at this point.

-besides traditional nutrition counseling for wt loss, what are some isssues I

should address,

or stategies that are being used w/these patients? I'd appreciate any info
