Guest guest Posted June 26, 2007 Report Share Posted June 26, 2007 In October we shall be having our site visit from ACS and wanted to know from other people's experience what were they looking with regards to nutrition, charts, documentation etc?? I work within the department of surgery as part of the bariatric team located in Bronx, NY and would love some advice of what to make sure we have in place before the site visit.
