patient looking for a support group

Good afternoon everybody!

I have a patient who is having his lap-band surgery this week and will be going to Florida for the winter (he is now in the Philadelphia, PA area). He is looking for a support group there that he could attend.

Do any of you know a support group in the Kissimmee, St. Cloud, Haines City areas that he could go to for the next few months?

I would appreciate any help and information you could provide me.
