Guest guest
Just inquiring to see if anybody has used this product. I picked up some information at FSBS, and see the protein source is hydrolyzed collagen. Anybody have some quick references about protein hydrolysate as far as absorption, tolerance, etc. I just tasted the liquid and it is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. As to be expected, how else would you shove 15 grams of protein into 2 tablespoons. ugh... But I would appreciate thought and comments from the group! Thanks! Guest guest
I haven't used it. From a wound healing expert, "it is crap - left over collagen from the optifast days". She's a strong believer in whey protein as the cure for alot of things. -----Original Message-----From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of astewart@...Sent: Thursday, September 28, 2006 3:49 PM Subject: Proteinex Does anyone have any experience with this product? Thanks.Angie , RD, CDE________________________________This communication may contain protected health information (PHI) that islegally protected from inappropriate disclosure by the Privacy Standards ofthe Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) andrelevant Tennessee Laws.
