750 lb patient in need of pre-op wt loss inpatient center

We have a patient in my hospital on the pulmonary floor that is approx

750 lb and is not a surgical candidate at this time due to certain

medical conditions. He is in need of an inpatient rehab/wt loss center

in the Bronx, NY vicinity to help promote significant weight loss pre-

operatively. If anyone has any thoughts or suggestions please contact
