Guest guest
I have a solution for those not wanting to get up in the morning to work out that works for me (and my DH) - If you have a significant other in the house - set the alarm for however many minutes it takes before you'd actually need to get up and wake them up and have sex! I can't go back to sleep after that (even though DH can) and DH is mighty happy, too! Now I'm not suggesting doing this every day (unless you really want to) but for those days when your brain is just saying to you " sleeeeeeep... " , try this and see if it works! Just a suggestion....for those with willing partners :-) in WI Re: as i do cardio in the evenings > The main thing is getting the exercise done. Guest guest
I'm sure hubby would be more than willing <G> but he leaves the house no later than 5:00 am, usually 4:45 am and even if I workout I don't have to get up until 6:00...and I'm so lazy I'd rather stay up late for some lovin than get up early Colleen > I have a solution for those not wanting to get up in the morning to work out > that works for me (and my DH) - If you have a significant other in the > house - set the alarm for however many minutes it takes before you'd > actually need to get up and wake them up and have sex!
