I take 'tension headache' medicine, which is basically Tylenol and caffeine. Hope you're feeling better soon. Guest guest Posted September 16, 2004 Report Share Posted September 16, 2004 i had this medicine in a nose spray thing for migraines a few years ago but it made me get more headaches if i used it so i stopped. i put a heat pack on my head that helps for a while. i make those out of fabric and wheat. i slept last night and i woke up with the headache still so today is going to be another bad day.
