swiss ball squats?

hi darlings,

does anyone have any advice regarding doing squats with the ball up

against the wall? i have a weak lower back and have been feeling

quite unstable when trying to do squats these days, but find that i'm

able to do them quite well if i use this method. would using the ball

somehow decrease results? would it be alright to add dumbbells?

please advise.
