Guest guest Posted February 25, 2004 Report Share Posted February 25, 2004 hi darlings, does anyone have any advice regarding doing squats with the ball up against the wall? i have a weak lower back and have been feeling quite unstable when trying to do squats these days, but find that i'm able to do them quite well if i use this method. would using the ball somehow decrease results? would it be alright to add dumbbells? please advise. thanks in advance, lia Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
