traumatic brain injury referral

I know there was some discussion on MTBI lately, but I can't recall if anyone offered a suggestion for neurological referrals in the PDX area. Help?

I also have an OTJ patient with the most obvious clinical cervical disc symptoms - loss of strength, loss of reflexes and total numbness of of the 3-4-5 fingers - but 2 MRI's show only mild disc bulging on the contralateral side. Does anyone know of a neuro who might look at this gentleman without imaging proof of a disc lesion?
